A lot of US locations also use Frax for intakes once they get on 8x8 as well and then the Ring Group doesn=E2=80=99t quite matter since intakes are directly forwarded to Frax but I=E2=80=99m pretty sure most US offices with local in= take ring groups that are not yet on Frax use the Ring All feature, likely to heighten their chances of someone answering immediately.
