These sessions are tailored to support Caregiver Managers and Employee Care Managers, with the option for General Managers and Regional Directors to join as well. *Purpose:* The goal of these trainings is to empower leaders to effectively handle workplace issues, ensuring fair and thorough investigations while enhancing their ability to manage employee performance optimally. *Lunch:* As this is a lunchtime learning opportunity, we kindly ask that your General Managers arrange lunch for the attendees in the office during the training sessions. *Dates*: -* Investigations:* July 10th at 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM EST - *Performance Management:* July 24th at 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM EST *Resources:* We will share a recording of each training session and provide additional resources for your teams afterward. *Next Steps:* You will be copied on an email we are sending to the General Managers on Monday, July 1st notifying them of the Lunch and Learn trainings along with the calendar invites!
