"If we deactivate a client will it trigger a medalia report to be sent? We need to deactivate someone for now "on hold" due to hospitalization. It's not an appropriate time to send a survey for end of care though so we were wondering how this works? Also, we received a report from Eva Freidman 0/10 which is really a shame and I wanted to offer some feedback there. You may notice all the office scores were higher than the rest of her review and this is because we really did try and do everything for her. Her husband is very physically aggressive and unfortunately the caregivers we assigned there were not comfortable going back after one shift and in some cases not comfortable staying even the whole first shift. Many times we spoke with her about speaking with her husband's doctor to see if there was something that could be helpful and we offered many times to assign a male caregiver who may feel more comfortable with an aggressive male client. We were refused each time. We had really wanted to help support this family but it was becoming a risk of injury to client and staff and so in the end we had to cancel care. This isn't the result we wanted obviously. Please let me know if you have any other questions and I apologize for this situation.
