When preparing the 2022 corporate tax returns, it came to our attention that several of the entities had outdated addresses. It would be good to get these updated such that any physical mail is directed to the right location. There are two ways we can go about this:


  1.  Tim can log into his My Business Account and update the addresses using the "manage address" service. This would be the faster and cheaper alternative, but would require more work on your end.
  2.  We can draft a letter for each entity requesting the addresses be updated, have this signed and mail it off. As this would need to be physically mailed in, it would likely take longer to be implemented. This alternative would also of course be more costly in terms of our fees incurred.
