I've slowly been doing it but it's time consuming as you have to go through each file and download it individually. If it's possible for them to download them in bulk for each caregiver that would be helpful We also have staff come to us for previous letters of employment and various information about their employment. If we lose access to the portal we won't have a lot of that information, who should we direct them to speak with in those instances?
