Hi Cheryl,
She should have an activation email from Jumpcloud to sync her Jumpcloud
account and email address. From 3/9 any new employee starts with an @
thekey.com email address but I defaulted her send from to default to @
homecareassistance.com.
Let me know if there are any issues.
Also, can you provide me with the laptop serial number? If this is one that
was previously sent I will need to add her account to the device.
