--00000000000020b31f06222feba2 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="UTF-8" Good evening, I hope this message finds you well. I want to address an important issue regarding our STL Office's current growth and operational challenges. While we're all appreciative of the progress we've made, we're facing a significant caregiver shortage. This shortage impacts our ability to enforce disciplinary actions for attendance issues, as I simply can't afford to take the necessary steps without adequate staff. To ensure STL continues to thrive, I believe we need to reconsider our approach. Although my perspective might seem personal, I think it's crucial that we pause on acquiring new clients and instead concentrate on recruiting high-quality caregivers. This would allow us to focus on delivering the exceptional care our current clients deserve, rather than just filling shifts with any available caregiver. At present, we're losing clients because, in an effort to cover shifts, I'm sometimes placing caregivers who may not meet our high standards. This approach conflicts with the premier service our company stands for, and it's something I find quite disheartening. I believe addressing these staffing issues and improving our caregiver quality will ultimately benefit both our clients and the growth of STL. Thank you for considering this perspective.
