There was a good amount of redundancy in the scheduled Pipeline meetings. It seems to make sense to me that I still pop on at the very start of each office's Weekly Deep Dive. I only stay to review Pipeline then excuse myself from the meeting. We can address any questions and updates at this time. GMs should have a handle on their individual Pipelines between weekly meetings. And I have no problem reaching out to team members if I have any questions during the week, if needed. Is this how you have it structured in your area?
