Turns out this month, the leader in CCMS+ score (caregiver quality metric) is *Veronique Ree*, by a significant margin! She had a couple of bad reviews on caregivers she hired back in June-July and it really bothered her. We spoke about it back then and she said it hit her hard and ruined her day when she saw those scores. Since then we have been workshopping interview tactics via our regular shadowing sessions and she has added new emphasis to how she is screening for quality, and I think her effort is beginning to show. I included the chart from the AP below. Maintaining a 9.1 on 14 different caregivers reviewed is pretty significant and she is elevating my entire team (Canada+Tri State)'s average score with her work.
