It appears that Mavencare has a fax number (888-220-8249) that when it receives a fax it forwards the email/attachment notification of that fax to a third party ( customer-care@vivtechnologies.com). Not finding a whole lot of helpful history on this number or vivtechnologies. Viv Technologies is a Home Care software platform and I'm thinking that maybe the faxes were sent there to be integrated into the platform for easy recall by those who use their product? Do you know anything about this number? Should we continue to have it notify Viv of faxes or should we redirect that number to internal Mavencare folks?
