We tallied your responses on how to get a more participatory call and compiled common themes heard throughout all groups. Below are the changes we will implement based on your feedback. 1. Concentrate on one topic the majority of the call leaving a 10 to 15 minute window for an open forum 2. Ask each group for suggested topics prior to each call 3. Communicate selected agenda topic prior to each call 4. Send each group bullet points of subjects discussed and a complete list of corporate announcements made at the beginning of the call. I know you all wanted minutes, however, we can't manage that with five groups. The intern idea was good and I made that suggestion for when we ever get one at corporate. These changes will be in effective with your next call in March. Can't wait!
