New Employment Contract/Offer Letter for New Job Title

Hello Tim,
Just want to request for an Amendment that was issued to me when I signed
my contract as Staffing Manager stating that I will not be doing on-call
duties after hours, weekends and Holidays with the new Job Title.
I have not signed the document for this reason. As well as some aspects of
the Bonus Plan which will be taken up with Sharon.
