--000000000000aaa35406125e8734 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="UTF-8" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable Hey again Tim, Just to keep you in the loop - I am putting together a process in which the Canadian recruiters will utilize Elizabeth as a point person for job ad approvals within iCIMS and iCIMS tech support/errors. Reason being - It's very difficult to train this stuff on iCIMS without the end users being in there every day and getting to know iCIMS. I am assuming Sharon, Chuck, Joey, and Cheryl have plenty of other stuff on their plate to deal with. They can absolutely be included in the process if they wish, of course =E2= =80=94 I will walk them through the approval and tracking processes in iCIMS tomorrow when we sit down. I expect to continue to work hand-in-hand with Elizabeth for the coming months and will be meeting with her weekly/biweekly. She will be triaging any iCIMS support needs from Mel, Meera, Vero and bringing to me only what she is unable to handle. Eventually, Elizabeth will be knowledgeable enough for me to hand this stuff off to her almost entirely. I think this is the best way to handle things moving forward. It doesn't require the CAN GMs to become experts in iCIMS overnight, it provides Elizabeth an opportunity for training to eventually slot into a Sr. CGR role, and it limits the hit on my bandwidth since my responsibilities will be increasing as well. Most importantly, it prevents the Canadian recruiters from feeling like they have lost all support for recruiting-specific concerns like iCIMS. I'll continue to keep you posted, and by all means please feel free to share any of your input as well moving forward.
