This direction has been aligned with Canadian leadership @Timothy Thomas and the General Managers as we do not have an Area Sales Manager in Canada at this time. We need these two to still pull in Sales/Business Development headcount numbers. So please let us know if this will alter that. But we do not think it will as Vanue Care members are also under their GM in reporting but pull in on BD reporting.
