Hi Tim*,*

I just wanted to touch base on the assessment that Emily Lynch had booked
for our Chicago office.  It looks like our Client Success Manager, Malin
missed the assessment yesterday. Although Diane (GM) confirmed receipt
almost immediately after handoff, we did not contact the client until 7
hours later. I know Malin was out in the field, but could Diane have helped
facilitate a phone call to the family here? The assessment was rescheduled
for 10am today 12/16/25. Thanks for your help wih this.
