Referral Fee. *TheKey shall pay Agent a placement fee for services rendered for each individual who (a) was introduced to TheKey by Agent, and (b) entered into a client consent agreement with TheKey. The Referral Fee shall be 10% of total revenue generated by the client to TheKey, not to exceed $2,500 in total payment to Agent. TheKey shall provide a copies of client invoices to Agent until the $2,500 threshold has been reached. The Referral Fee will be paid within fifteen (15) days after receipt of the final invoice from Agent. I'd like to replace the above with the following: * 2.
