Some caregivers don't mind the travel and aren't ready to commit to one location solely and based on who "claimed" them, we should know for which location its for no? Once we change the tab to " first contact", we should also then change the initials to whoever spoke to them that way we know who they're intended for. Most of them have my initials because I add them to the lead sheet first thing and tag them as "lead", but it does not mean i've spoken to them, but if Steph decides to contact them, she should then switch my initials to hers. I'll then know she has purpose for them and won't steal the candidate. Does that make sense?
