As we discussed, *revenue* has declined significantly since the beginning
of the year due to unforeseen attrition (i.e. mortality). Things have
stabilized somewhat, only down 3% vs. prior 4 weeks.
Our *census *vs. prior 4 weeks relates to the attrition discussed above. We
have offset some of the impact by growing our median hours per client by
13% relative to the prior 4 weeks.
With respect to *pipeline performance*, the relative decline is skewed due
to the low absolute numbers. Put simply, the volume of quality leads is not
where it needs to be to grow the business.
