We have two related items we need assistance on. First, we need assistance with updating our Montreal Agency Permit as we need to replace Mike Schantz as a Director with Angie Markwell. I've attached the relevant documents we have on file that need updating. Based on our internal discussion, we'd also like to move forward with appointing Ms. Larouche as our Director of Franchaization and have her power be limited solely to leading our Franchaization efforts with the OQLF. While we understand there is some limited employment misclassification risk, given our internal resources and bandwidth we'd like Ms. Larouche to lead this effort on our behalf. Is it possible for us to do a resolution that does this all at once? We are on a tight timeline so need this asap. If you need any additional information, please let us know.
