May I add some information that may be helpful. I spoke to Jinny and she informed me she has a signed AOB from the client. Jinny is working with Alejandro and they expect Mrs Swenson's LTC coverage to kick in in about one month. She has $2400 in weekly coverage with no lifetime limit. Our request for check payment is a temporary solution during the waiting period with the client's LTC provider.
