She has always bothered us with wanting more money etc...we increased her to keep her on the case that she was on. When requesting a higher salary, she called the office and spoke to myself as well as others, with her male cousin on the line as well. He is very aggressive and takes over the conversation when Monika is more than capable of communicating with us. She blamed us for losing her apartment because she does not make enough money. She did call off quite a bit and had she not, she would have been making overtime hours. The week of May 12th, the client decided to reduce the hours since he was always letting her go early (she was always paid the full shift). She was upset and came to the office on May 14th with her male cousin. Nikita and I were at the office and we felt very uncomfortable due to their aggressiveness. She demanded a new contract, which does not exist...I did send her the original one from when she was hired. They were very accusing and rude, saying they know the law and that the lawyers would be contacting us etc... I drove Nikita home that day as we felt unsafe. We have since been very careful at the office and keeping the office locked at all times. After this encounter, we terminated her employment. This was done by phone with Nikita and I and Monika and her cousin recorded our conversation. They were very aggressive and rude. She received her last pay today and is asking where her 2 weeks indemnity is? She is calling the office non-stop and always has her cousin on the line. She told Mina that they have opened a file with Normes du Travail which I do not 100% believe. What would be the next steps here? Should we be calling the police? Getting a restraining order? Anyone in the office is on guard in case they show up. Please advise.
