Caregiver Introduction- Berlinda Wilson

Thank you for trusting *TheKey* with the care of your mom. We are pleased
to let you know that services will begin *today at 3pm*

We are introducing  our caregiver Berlinda Wilson. She will start today and
for ongoing she will work Wednesdays - 3pm-7pm

Attached  is a brief bio of Berlinda.

I’m *Amrita*, the Caregiver Manager, and I work alongside *Jhonna*. If you
ever need to make any schedule changes or adjustments, please feel free to
reach out to either of us directly. For any updates or changes to the care
plan, Amanda or Timon, our General Manager is your point of contact. They
are also copied in this email.  Our on-call team members, *Mina and
Carolyn* (copied
on this email, ontario-staffing), are also available after hours and on
weekends.  I’ve CC’d the team here so you have everyone’s contact
information in one place.
