Hi team,
The expectation is everyone on the team completes this in prep and then
on-going please. This is a gift to all especially our Northstar which is
our client so I really need you all to ensure this is a priority. Please
email Ashley and Shadi and myself if someone has not completed week 1 and
is going to be absent for week 2 and plan in am so they know you all are
taking this seriously. It is one thing for everyone on call to talk about
how great this is - it is another to follow through and complete the tasks
and use them ongoing. Shadi and Ashley have committed a lot of time and
resources to give us this gift so please show your appreciation back by
encouraging your teammates to complete the workbooks. Thank you Jennifer P
for already emailing them with your plan for yours who missed and are on
PTO.

Dear Regional Directors,
Thank you so much for your support in championing the Summer Series. *This
is a reminder of your critical role in reviewing the workbooks each week.*
Each Care Solutions Manager and Client Success Manager on your team has
been assigned a workbook that should have been shared with you. Please go
into each workbook and leave comments (you might tag your Regional Success
or Solutions Manger in the comment if relevant too). If you are not seeing
workbooks for any of your team members or have access questions, please
email jsummers@thekey.com or megan.harris@thekey.com).
*We noticed that some team members have not written anything in the
workbooks yet*; even if someone does not complete the workbook in the
session, they should be taking 15-20 minutes over the week to fill out the
activities and they all have assigned homework to complete each week. In
the week 1 workbook, for example, you should see examples of elevator
pitches and an activity asking them to list examples of activities for each
BCM pillar for a client they recently assessed/are managing, among
other activities.
Your support in encouraging team members to participate in this important
piece of the learning is greatly appreciated.
