Extending for 30 minutes with the go-live date approaching (05/15/2024)

These are daily check-ins through go live to ensure everyone is on the same  
page and staying up to date with their tasks from the cutover checklist. I  
will update this with the daily agenda items pulled directly from the  
workbook so team members will know if they are needed for that day's call.
