We were informed that the RIMS are not on call M-F but only Sat and Sun so we had our on-call CSM cal. Then 3 HOURS after the referral came in and after we called Maria was attempting to reach out without reading the emails that we responded to say we took care of it. Can we please talk about this on our call today, These are the types of situations we have recently talked about and are trying to clean up.
