The DONs are not currently calculated to pull into the CSM ratio however, if/when we do, the site's staffing reflects we are overstaffed to model from a headcount perspective. A few locations that are currently standing out where we have an ability to position ourselves more in line with the CSM ratios: Montreal, Atlanta, SE Florida.
