To confirm, The only holidays that will be recognized for our Corporate and Field Support team members in Calgary are those with an "X" beside the holiday. For example, Easter Monday is on the list, but there is no "X" so it will not be a recognized holiday in Calgary. To that end, the first Monday of August is the 7th and that day is currently "X'd" as being recognized. However, in our email it says that this is a discretionary holiday. Has this holiday been recognized in the past and is it your suggestion that it be recognized going forward? Should there be a desire to make any changes to this list in the future, it will require approval from the Benefits Team. On a separate note, how do you handle holidays relative to our Caregivers in Calgary?
