This is a direct bill option through Alberta Blue Cross. We have four clients switched to this in the past ten days, and it benefits the client in such that they can pick their home care provider. Can we create a campaign around this? (Client Directed Home Care). They have succeeded in Edmonton with this strategy, as Edmonton has had this program for over a year. Please let me know what you think.
