They need to switch = to another agency team member when any agency person has reached their full= weekly hours. Under certain conditions a GM may agree to continue with an = agency team member and pay overtime but these situations must be approved b= y GM * Break pay ~ Reminder that we do not pay 30 mins breaks for any role u= nless the team member and the village have agreed that agency team member w= ill work through their break/lunch. This needs to be approved by village. * Placement fee language ~ in past we had specific language details aro= und when a fee would be paid and we inadvertently left that information out= of our current agreements. We will be sending an amendment to current agre= ements with language that covers this, as well as, a few points above. Plea= se review once received and sign back. * Documentation ~ Reminder below in regards to documentation. It is ext= remely important that all the applicable documents are sent to our village = generic documentation email addresses on or before an agency team members s= tart first shift. If you have team members in our villages where you have n= ot yet sent the information please do so ASAP. Again see below for all requ= irements including how you should address subject line. Also attached again= are the generic agency email addresses. Many of our villages are advising = that they are not seeing the required documents in a timely fashion and/or = not receiving all the documents. We have been audited in more than one vill= age on more than one occasion by the ministry where they ask us to produce = these documents for agency team members on site. It is important we have th= em to show during these audits. We will take compliance to this requirement= into consideration in future preferred agency decisions where we reassess = current preferred agencies What we require: * We request that all required documents are emailed to the applicable = generic village email addresses we have set up.
