As I mentioned on several of the past weekly videos, my goal this coming year is to create synergies between the corporate and franchise teams. This is a first step and sharing your stories was a great way to showcase the success and expertise of you and the franchise as a whole. Barbara, Thanks again for setting this up. I knew it would be interesting, but it exceeded my expectations. Each leader had a success story and no two were the same. If you could combine all these elements, that would be quite a formula. Thanks for your notes as well. An added bonus. It is good to know who has been good at individual items- we can use them as guides to best practices as I expect you do now.
