If we have only the leaders and it is not their on call rotation, we will need the on call person to contact them every time there is an Uber need after hours. In NY we use a spreadsheet and will continue to track all Uber use which must have a reason to justify ordering the Uber. It has been very effective in decreasing Uber usage since there is accountability.
