HI All,

Thank you so much for meeting with us yesterday, as discussed attached a
copy of the slide deck along with our customer matrix for our customers who
will see the updates to their invoices this week.

Key Notes:

   - 336 total clients
      - 320 clients sent an email blast regarding the enhanced
      visibility into their LTC invoicing
      - 16 clients will receive a phone call and mailed copy of the
      enhancement communication

You use the template name in column D to match the Client experience
spreadsheet to match the template used for communication on the AOB
template file.
