--00000000000076ce9c05ee00176d Content-Type: text/plain; charset="UTF-8" Hi Steve, I'd like to set up a meeting with you and whoever else from legal is needed for after the Thanksgiving holiday to align on the legal aspects of rebranding in Quebec. From speaking to Tim, I understand that as long as our trademark is filed by June 2025 then we can operate as TheKey in the region. If we can't hit that timeline we aren't legally allowed to show an English word on a sign. Tim and I are aligned that using "TheKey" in English and then the French version of "Formerly Home Care Assistance" would make the most business sense for the market if we're legally allowed to do so. (Though Michelle, we can revisit this discussion together on the branding side of things.) Ultimately, we need to know whether we will be publishing Quebec as a traditional office, or if there are branding/legal nuances that must be handled for this office. Any thoughts or questions around this before I set up a call?
