> Subject: UPDATE PPE Order form and Process
>
>
> Hi Divisional Leaders,
>
> [CC’d BSG team for visibility - No action required]
>
> As local resources and availability continue to increase for COVID test kits, we developed a new process for requesting PPE supplies and will remove items such as: test kits and gowns effective June 15th. You can find the process outlined here and the order form here. As division leaders, please make sure your teams read, understand, and remember the new process.
>
> A few key points to understand and remember:
> Orders need to be placed from the 1st through the 10th of each month using the form above. Click the process link for more details.
> Once the orders have been approved and processed you can not change the order or the shipping address.
> Each office will be responsible for inventory of their supplies and submitting orders by the 10th of each month for receipt in the next month.
> This is especially important as we will no longer have a place to store supplies. Last minute or individual requests will no longer be approved.
> Orders will be processed by Erika Golden promptly.
> If you are running low on supplies before the next purchase order, we encourage you to connect with your local medical supply stores and pharmacies to purchase PPE supplies.
> TheKey has decided to discontinue purchasing test kits as there is no longer a shortage of test kits and testing sites that are available locally. Please review some resources below if you and/or caregivers are in need of test kits:
> Local drug store/pharmacies such as but not limited to: CVS, Walgreens, Kroger, & Rite Aid
> Local medical supply stores
> Grocery stores such as but not limited to: Safeway, Vons, Albertsons, Costco, Sam’s Club, Walmart, Publix
> Testing sites can be found here in your region
> Note: The COVID19 HR team will continue to monitor the supply chain of test kits and reinstate should we experience another shortage of kits and the availability of testing sites.
> Note: Exempt employees are still responsible for weekly testing and purchasing their own test kits. TheKey is not responsible for reimbursement of testing kits.
> TheKey will continue providing the following COVID PPE supplies at no charge to our clients and caregiver: face masks, N-95 masks, face shields, gloves, and thermometers.
>
> Lastly, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the COVID19 HR team for any questions and support related to the order form. Thank you.
