On March 31, 2025, we will implement a new automated HR data feed that will directly transmit employee demographic information to Gallagher Bassett, our Third-Party Administrator (TPA), when a workers' compensation claim is initiated. What This Means for You: This new system eliminates the need to verbally provide an employee's demographic information during the claim intake process, resulting in a faster, more accurate, and streamlined experience. How the Automated HR Data Feed Simplifies and Improves Claim Intake: - Reduced Manual Data Entry and Errors: - The system automatically populates employee details (i.e., name, address, date of birth, job title) directly into the TPA's claim intake system, eliminating the risk of typos and inaccuracies. - Streamlined and Faster Claim Intake Process: - The HR data feed reduces the administrative burden on managers, who will now only need to provide details surrounding the employee's injury. - This change makes the claim intake process more efficient and reduces processing time by about 50%, which allows managers to focus on other critical tasks.
