Gmail/Salesforce Integration - 4 New Tips! Please review! 1. "Repeat" (Recurring) Meetings DO NOT SYNC between Gmail & Salesforce. 1. You will need to create any recurring meetings in both Salesforce AND G= mail separately and manage the invites separately. This is a limitation wi= th Gmail unfortunately however using the repeat feature should still save= you time by not having to create individual meetings for each recurring e= vent. 2. Creating Meetings for Dates in the Past do NOT always Sync Between Gmai= l & Salesforce. 1. If you are creating a meeting for a date/time that happened 24+ hours a= go=2C it likely will not integrate between Gmail & Salesforce. We recommen= d creating all meetings directly in Salesforce to avoid any confusion with= documentation=2C however same day or future meetings can be created in Gm= ail as well. 3. Be Sure to Enter =E2=80=98Meeting Outcome=E2=80=99 Notes for all Comple= ted B2B Meetings 1. There must be notes entered in the =E2=80=9CMeeting Outcome=E2=80=9D fi= eld in order for your meeting to count towards your goal of 5 completed me= etings per day. Providing notes on how the meeting went shows that the mee= ting was attended. 4. Ensure Your Sharing Settings Are Correct 1.
