My suggestions for increase, in terms of priority: 1) Elizabeth is a rock star. High volume, high quality, high professionalism, a pleasure to work with. Deserves an increase despite her compensation being highest on the team ($64k). She has been vocal with regards to requesting her compensation be increased. Even if she is mistaken and she did get a compensation increase in August 2022, she still deserves one this year due to the superb quality of her work. She is one of the best recruiters we have in the entire company in terms of both volume and quality, which is almost unheard of. 2) Mel is very good as well and is pretty underpaid in my opinion at $46k. Very good volume recruiter as she has seen multiple months of 20+ starts and I think she needs a bump. She has been vocal in suggesting the same. 3) Veronique does a great job in the most difficult territory but has not been as vocal about compensation increase, however she had a tough time this year as you know and I think a bump in compensation would do wonders to smooth that over. She makes the same as Mel, at $46k, which I feel is a bargain for both of them. 4) Meera got an increase earlier this year and has not brought up compensation to me. She is fine at $55k in my opinion and does not require an increase for the remainder of the year unless we're swimming in money and want to make her feel more appreciated, as she does a great job, too. I have zero complaints about any of them, they are all excellent recruiters and assets to the company. If it were up to me, I would give compensation increases to the first 3. Please let me know if there's anything I can provide.
