I noticed that in the new client service agreement (attached), it says STAT holidays are 1.75x the normal rate. No current clients have signed up using the new agreements, is it safe to say that we will continue to charge 1.5x amount, and the 1.75x dor new clients? P.s. Not sure if it matters much, but LHIN changed it's name to Home and Community Care Support Services (HCCSS) in Apr 2021.
