I did some research and for the vast majority of these, the reason Marketer Credit wasn't picked up was because the Opportunity was created before the user was the owner of the Referral Account. I validated this by checking the date that the Account Owner changed on the Referral Account compared to the date the Opportunity was created. [image: image.png] The part that we discussed and I want my team to review more in detail is what happens in cases where the Corporate Team is listed as the Referral Account Owner and the lead is converted. It appears like the logic may be setup to assign Marketer Credit to the Lead Owner in that scenario, but its going to take a bit more digging for me to know for certain. Would the preference be that Corporate Team is the Marketer Credit in this case? We will adjust these opportunities accordingly and keep you in the loop on what we find.
