His Mum is at a CSHLD in St. Henri. He is trying to find a place closer to his sister's in Laval. The likelihood they won't. There is no availability. If that is the case he is thinking of moving Mum back to the condo with Dad. She has Parkinson's for the last 20 years. She can not walk and hardly talks. She was living at home 6 months ago with help around the clock. I get the feeling he may not want to pay the prices you charge but I wanted him to have that option.
