Hi Matt,

If you want to stay in line with Edmonton, they already have a contract
with SE health. I would match their rate, as Edmonton is getting work from
them. This would be better if you wanted to offer a discount for a line.
These are their rates:

HCA - 42.00 per hour
LPN -  75.00 per hour
RN  -  100.00 per hour
