Mansi=E2=80=99s exceptio= nal leadership, extensive home care experience, and unwavering commitment to our organization=E2=80=99s mission have been instrumental in our success, a= nd I am confident she will continue to drive positive change in this expanded role. Mansi has been in the home care industry since 2012, and with TheKey since 2015, during which time she has advanced through leadership roles in HR and operations. In her most recent role as Senior Director of HR Operations, she led the workers compensation, HR Service Center and HR Onboarding teams and contributed significantly to the development of emergency preparedness plans and educational courses aligned with OSHA guidelines, reinforcing workplace safety. Prior to joining the HR team, Mansi worked as a CCM Development Manager where she contributed significantly to the launch of the CCM onboarding training program. Additionally, as a Lead Client Care Manager, Mansi managed services for 500 clients, overseeing a team of 10 Client Care Managers. Her background as a nurse also brings a valuable perspective to employee support and HR management, blending clinical insights with operational excellence. As part of this transition, we are making thoughtful adjustments to strengthen alignment and ensure continued growth: - The HR Business Support team, formerly reporting to Alina Evans, HR Director, will now report up through Mansi, ensuring greater synergy between HR operations and core business functions. This alignment will foster more streamlined communication and enhance the employee experienc= e. - Rather than replace the HR Director role, we will introduce a Senior Manager of HR position to align with the structure of other functions rolling up under Mansi. This role will have a hyper-focus on employee relations and retention, reinforcing our commitment to creating an exceptional workplace environment and supporting long-term engagement. W= e are currently conducting interviews for this role and hope to have a candidate selected in the coming days. These updates reflect our dedication to refining our leadership structure while also providing opportunities for growth and specialization within the HR function. Please join me in congratulating Mansi on this well-deserved promotion. I am excited about the positive impact she will continue to make in her new role! --=20 *Emily Russell* SVP Human Resources | *TheKey* --000000000000b202f1062ad31599 Content-Type: text/html; charset="UTF-8" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable I am thrilled to announce that Ma= nsi Mehta has been promoted to Vice President of HR Operations, effective i= mmediately.
