In the *Pipeline by Site *worksheet you see the following current candidate information for each site to *include the status of each pre-employment screening (background check, drug test, etc). * - Pre-Employment in Process (Offer Extended, Pre-Hire Packet Sent, Pre-Hire Packet in Process, Pre-Employment Screening Initiated) - Candidates who have been extended offers and are now completing pre-employment forms and screening. - Eligible for Hire - Candidates who have completed pre-employment screening and are being scheduled for orientation. - Orientation Scheduled - Candidates who are scheduled for orientation. In the *iCIMS Hires by Site *worksheet you can see all Hires and Rehires for the previous week, which *includes the date the new hire files were uploaded to WellSky. * Please note that for any data point in these worksheets you can double click on the value to open up more detailed information. The raw data for each worksheet is also included in the file. [image: Screenshot 2025-02-17 175400.png] Below I have added a new graph showing Time to Hire and Time to Onboard. This graph only includes New Hire data - it does not include Rehire, Transfer, or Additional Location hire data. *Time to Hire* = Time from when the candidate applied to when they attended orientation. *Time to Onboard* = Time from when the candidate received an offer to when they were moved to Eligible for Hire.
