Everyone needs to tell the caregivers to clock in using the app and clock out using the app. We went as far as having "open app" hours for three weeks in every market to allow caregivers additional training. We post in Slack to send caregivers who need help to the training - no one is taking the initiative but the ambassadors. We can discuss more after the spreadsheet is finished.
