I'd like to talk about the need for retaining separate legal entities for the smaller Toronto offices (Oakville & Waterloo), or if we could consolidate those on a legal basis to ease the regulatory/banking burden on ourselves. Given our meeting time is relatively far away and only 30 min, anyone please feel free to share thoughts/ideas here. One thing that could be a roadblock for us is if they have any performance metrics to achieve earnout targets. Also, I'm not proposing we eliminate the locations all together, just the legal structure to make it easier to operate efficiently. Thanks in advance, I know we all have a lot going on, but hopefully this will reduce future work.
