Last Thursday I was invited by the operations team to join Sydney at St. John's Rehab to do an assessment with John Abbott. While Sydney asked John the questions, I was able to tour around that wing of the hospital and network with a number of nurses, social workers and a patient care manager. The staff was desperate to get John discharged and John was desperate to be discharged. Sydney and Taylor were able to close John the next day which gave us another SOC for December. But even better than that, it gave me a reason to call the hospital back and let them know we were able to solve their problem. This morning the Patient Care Manager called me to say how much she appreciated what we were able to do, how professional we were with the staff and how fast we were able to do it. She is so happy she wants us to come in and do a lunch and learn with all her staff on the floor so that they can utilize our services more often going forward. This account has the potential to be big for us and I just wanted to let everyone know how great Sydney and Taylor were in helping me grow this account.
