In the West we are considering 5 sites with a CG to Client Ratio of less than 1.3 and a high OT Paid to Billed Gap as critical need sites to focus on this month. I pulled this data for the East and sorted it based on lowest CG to Client Ratio. Sites with a ratio of less than 1.3 are highlighted. For those sites I pulled in the most recent OT data. Sites in red are the ones currently on the Critical Need List and have been throughout the month of September. I wanted to revisit the MW with you and determine if Kansas City and St. Louis are still the sites you would like us to focus on this month? Derek likes the approach the West is taking but mentioned it may not tell the whole story, so double checking with our field leadership and finding other leading indicators will help test / refine the approach.
