However, as we've s= etup individual Google Ads accounts, along with seeing separate websites an= d analytics accounts (probably social accounts as well)... I'm hoping we ca= n get whoever is managing CallRail to make some changes for us. This shouldn't cost anyone additional money, but will give us full transpar= ency on tracking each location individually. Here is what I received back from CallRail after speaking with them. The best way to achieve your goal is to have each location as a separate co= mpany. I have listed relevant support articles below. Create a company https://support.callrail.com/hc/en-us/articles/202915599-C= reate-a-Company- Google Ads https://support.callrail.com/hc/en-us/articles/200981277-Google-= Ads-Integration Transfer numbers: https://support.callrail.com/hc/en-us/articles/1150049793= 06-Move-Tracking-Numbers-Between-Companies You will want to create companies, transfer the numbers, and set up the Goo= gle Ads integration. By setting up different companies, we can still assign and control each fro= m an account. However, the linking is specific to each. Numbers don't chang= e and we can fully pull individual data for all locations. Who can help with this for the 3 (soon 4) locations? If we do end up amalgamating the accounts into one (not discussed yet), we = combine, but this for now allows us the best option for data collection. We're not nearly as detailed as Calgary is right now. We are missing data a= nd this above fixes that. I only need someone to create separate companies for Van / Win... leave Cal= gary in place. Then we can add Toronto. All other linking to Google Ads, An= alytics, etc is on our team.
