Hi Everyone!

Please see this important message from the Client Experience and Product
teams about the Caregiver Connect 2.0 app.

Thank you!

Hi all,

The new version of the Caregiver Connect App has now been fully released to
the Apple and Google Play app stores.

All new downloads of the app will be the new version, Caregiver Connect 2.0.

Canadian staff: the Caregiver Connect 2.0 app has not yet gone live in the
region. The Canadian Go Live will be announced soon. Please note that
locations with tech-specific needs (i.e. Canada and other locations) will
be onboarded at an appropriate time once the Product team has completed
those features.

Anyone still using Caregiver Connect 1.0 will be prompted to download the
new version of the app next time they sign in. Caregivers in offices that
have been onboarded should use the app to view their schedule, clock in and
out, mark their tasks as complete or incomplete, and review care plans and
previous visit notes.

About the new version:

   -

Where can I learn about the app and how to use it?
   -

Caregivers can view the built-in walk-through slides under the Account
tab (click “How-to”) that shows the app’s features. All caregiver
onboarding should incorporate these slides as a reference. The YouTube
training video that was used for Caregiver Connect 1.0 is not applicable to
Caregiver Connect 2.0. Office staff can view the walkthrough slides here
   <https://docs.google.com/document/d/1afRPPV2dys_NDsU0cmxSlOjbFRjKsrHAmDtwkhAOQ1M/edit>
   .
   -

Why are some caregivers getting a message saying they are in the wrong
place when trying to clock in?
   -

The geofence radius is 330 feet (100 meters) across all office
locations. A phone’s location accuracy may not show the caregiver within
the correct radius. If this happens often, please reach out to
   app-support@thekey.com for troubleshooting steps.
   -

What if a caregiver doesn’t have a smartphone?
   -

Please mark them with the “No smartphone/Old tech” tag in their
ClearCare profile. They can continue to use telephony to clock in and out.
   -

Who can assist with troubleshooting or app help?
   -

The App Support team is ready to assist from 5 AM-5 PM PT at
app-support@thekey.com, or via call or text at +1 (925) 359-9083.

Thank you for your support as we work toward business-wide full adoption of
the app!
