Here is our timing outline for this rollout. Week of Oct 30th As a first step, you'll need to watch the training here (https://www.timeslips.org/checkout/?rid=mbOq6x&cf_1=g178) and please review this deck (https://www.timeslips.org/wp-content/uploads/toolkits/TimeSlips-Synopsis_of_Training.pdf) by Friday, Nov 3rd. The training is 2.5 hours (split into 6 parts that you can watch on demand and at your own pace; pause and continue if needed). You will leave the training much better equipped to communicate well with individuals with dementia and have a strong understanding of how to launch this program in group settings. Week of Nov 6th You'll be practicing a TimeSlips facilitation 3 times on your own. Ideally, you're practicing with someone with cognitive impairment. But if that's not possible, your practice sessions can be done with a loved one, your kids, or even during one of your MindFit classes. DSG's will host a regional HCL Huddle to talk through the TimeSlips training everyone has completed, facilitate a practice story live, talk through the value-add that this is to your memory care communities, and answer any Q&A. This session will allow HCL's to feel confident in hitting the field to be TimeSlips Facilitators! Week of Nov 13th Marketing Tools will be provided: * One pager that will be editable and serve as an educational advertisement and an invitation once the session is booked * Pitch deck to present to memory care staff to promote the program and help you book TS sessions * Playbook that will reiterate some of the training and house all of the resources for success A Pardot Email will go out to your referral contacts to bring awareness to the program, what it is, our association with Anne Basting (creator of TS) on our Scientific Advisory Board, and that our Home Care Liaisons are now trained in TimeSlips!
